Pendergrass was an undergraduate in the criminal justice program at University of Baltimore, school spokesman Chris Hart said. Police said Pendergrass was driving a green 1997 Lexus SC300 west on I-695 past Falls Road, when police said he lost control of the car. The right front passenger of the Lexus was taken to Sinai Hospital. Police said the driver of other vehicle was taken to Sinai for non life-threatening injuries. Source: www.baltimoresun.com
