This is a Clean Xenon Headlight Assembly with Turn Signal for Lexus LS400 model year 1998 to 2000 Left side. This headlight assembly comes with Balast, bulbs, connectors and extended wire harness for you to use if the one you are replacing is missing or damaged but I don't guarantee all the bulbs will be ok. This is a good headlight and there's no cracks just the normal wear on the lens including small scratches. I sell clean used items and they may have normal wear and tear.
