• A 49-year-old Penns Grove woman was arrested after forging stolen checks in Pilesgrove Township, New Jersey State Police Woodstown Barracks reported. Authorities later located Bell at the Salem County Correctional Facility in Mannington where she reportedly admitted to taking the check and forging it, according to police. •Three Pennsylvania teenagers were arrested on marijuana possession charges after police stopped the vehicle they were in for speeding in Pittsgrove Township. Authorities stopped a 2002 blue Honda Civic on U. S. Route 40 on July 13 and upon approaching the vehicle smelled marijuana, police reported. Police arrested two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old and they were transported to Woodstown Barracks. After searching the vehicle, police located marijuana under 50 grams and drug paraphernalia. All three teenagers were charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, authorities said.
