You are getting a used original factory abs pump and accumulator. The part came out of a 2003 Lexus GS300but may fit 2003 to 2005 Toyota 4runner, Lexus GX470 and several Lexus GS series years and models (see compatibility table). What you see in the pictures is what you will get. Unit was removed from a salvaged vehicle and was working as designed prior to its removal. All mounting points are in excellent condition and there is some oil and dust residue from normal use (see pictures). These Units can be removed/replaced from under the hood without having to tear apart the dash and remove the entire ABS assembly from the vehicle.Consider checking the pictures of the electrical connections and make sure it fits your vehicle.
