Following an investigation conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) back in July over potential oil-cooler leaks on 2005 and 2006 Lotus Elise and Exige sports cars, the government safety agency together with Lotus... The recall affects all 2005 and 2006 Lotus Elise and Exige models built from June 1, 2004, through November 30, 2006, of which there are some 5,037 cars in contention.
