SARATOGA SPRINGS — A 24-year-old man was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly broke open a pen and spread ink around the leather interior of a 2014 Maserati Gran Turismo, police said. Jordan Ray VanBuskirk , who lives in Saratoga Springs, was arrested Friday around 10:30 a. m. inside the Italian luxury car that belonged to a guest at the Pavilion Grand Hotel on Lake Avenue and was charged with third-degree criminal mischief,...
