Hello, we're offering our resurfacing service through ebay now. We have hundreds of satisfied customers; from DIY engine builders, rotary performance shops, and full race teams. What we offer is a machining & ultrasonic cleaning service for any Mazda rotor housings.
-The machining process only removes material from the housings and is not to be confused with applying new chrome to the liner.
-Housings that have flaking of the liner will return with the same areas missing.
-Housings cracking at the leading and trailing spark plug lands return with the same cracks in those areas.
If your housings are sent in with no flaws other than mild chatter marks or slight "scratching" marks they will very likely come back looking completely uniform like a new Mazda rotor housings. The surface left after post machining will promote better oil retention for premix and provide a faster engine "break-in" to boost engine compression building.
