Los Angeles police on Thursday sought the public’s help in locating a 62-year-old registered sex offender suspected of exposing himself three times in the last eight days. The first incident occurred about 3 p. m. on March 4, when Randall Lee Wickham allegedly parked his Mazda MPV minivan at a park in the 3400 block of Riverside Drive and began masturbating with his driver’s door open, in view of a woman who was... Then on Friday about 2 p. m. in the 13300 block of Moorpark Street, Wickham was again spotted allegedly masturbating with his driver’s door open, according to the LAPD. A similar incident allegedly involving Wickham occurred about 6:30 p. m. Monday in the 33500 block of San Fernando Road, police said. His black 1995 minivan has a California license plate bearing the numbers and letters 3NNH392, police said.
