Witnesses reported the vehicle to be at a vertical angle at one point, Colling said. The oldest of the children, a girl, 8, was seated in the middle, with a girl, 3, in the rear left seat and a boy, 1, in the right seat. All three children were properly restrained in child seats, Colling said. Only the 8-year-old sustained any injuries, which Colling said was a bloody nose.
