2017-2020 Mazda CX-5 Headlamp RT. Condition is "Used".
This headlamp was replaced from a wrecked vehicle. Only damage to the lamp is one mounting tab is broken on the bottom left side of the housing where the light bolts to the fender (see pics) tab is included and can be fixed. The headlight bulb and ballast are included, but the wiring was required for the OEM replacement lamp.
