Wavevision suspends CG service - TriValley Central

Goodwin said her home on the northeastern edge of town had no Internet service for more than a week. The Better Business Bureau has given Wavevision a D- grade based on submitted customer complaints detailing slow service, unhelpful employees and billing mistakes. Deputy City Manager Larry Rains said Wavevision leased space on a communications tower owned by the city. When Wavevision got behind on lease payments, the city terminated its agreement. According to its website, Wavevision claims to offer service in several Arizona communities including Eloy, Maricopa, Coolidge and Florence. Dan Bennington, Florence’s IT manager, said Wavevision has never done business with the town government. He said Florence signed a leasing agreement with Wavevision in 2008, but the company did not execute the terms of the contract. Wavevision’s customer service number is 602-748-4583.
