RECOVERY -- A 1997 Mazda 626 reported stolen in Richmond on March 11 was located at 7:30 a. m. at 11101 San Pablo Ave. WARRANT -- A San Francisco man, 36, was arrested on two warrants during a 7:50 a. m. pedestrian stop at 11450 San Pablo Ave. WARRANT -- Police responded to the Ross store at El Cerrito Plaza at 10:30 a. m. on a report of a man pointing his finger and pretending to shoot.
