Man killed in Donegal Township crash - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Ballance, 23, of Stafford, Va. , was killed early Saturday morning when the car he was a passenger in struck a number of trees and overturned along County Line Road in Donegal Township. The driver, Erik C. Anderson, 24, also of Stafford, was hospitalized at UPMC Presbyterian for his injuries. Westmoreland County Coroner Kenneth A.
