Ram is studying whether to add a large, heavy-duty commercial van to its lineup. 1500: Ram engineers will redesign the 1500 in 2017 to improve fuel economy and cut weight. 2500 and 3500: Ram will redesign its heavy-duty pickup lineup in 2018 for the 2019 model year to improve towing and hauling, and to make interior refinements. ProMaster: A light freshening is planned in late 2017 on what may become Ram's medium-duty commercial van -- if the Iveco Daily derivative joins the lineup.
