Greyhound Shipping ProcessThe purchased item WILL NOT ship until we, the Seller, receiving a Working Phone number that can be used to contact the Buyer.
- We, the Seller, will give you, the Buyer, a call to inform you about the Greyhound shipping process prior to shipping the item.
- The item will be shipped and will be received by the closest Greyhound bus station nearest to the address provided by the Buyer. Standard shipping time for the item using Greyhound is typically 7-14 business days. That may increase or decrease, on no fault of the Seller, based on bus schedules, transit times, weather, and storage capacity. Item delivery date is not guaranteed by the Seller.
- Once the item is received, Greyhound will call the Buyer using the phone number that the Buyer provided the Seller.
- The Buyer will have (3) three days to retrieve the item from the Greyhound station.
- After (3) three days, the Greyhound Facility will start to charge the Buyer storage fees. Items not picked up from Greyhound for a period of no more than (30) days will be shipped to a Greyhound Storage Facility located in Texas. The Buyer is responsible for any additional fees, including but not limited to, storage and pickup.
- Items shipped via Greyhound are not eligible for any return, or RMA, of any sort.
