Police said that while parked at the Best Western Grand Victorian Inn on Spring Street in Sayre, they observed a blue 2000 Dodge Durango pull into the Dandy Mini Mart across the street. Sayre police were made aware of this vehicle and the driver, later identified as Shipman, by Waverly police. Waverly police said the Dodge's registration was actually for a 2007 Mini Cooper, not the Dodge. Sayre police found Shipman in the Dandy Mini Mart and arrested him on the bench warrant through the sheriff's office. Upon searching Shipman, police found small plastic bags with money signs on them, police said. Police said the bags are used to package bath salts, but Shipman told police he uses them to sell small amounts of marijuana, not bath salts. Police said Shipman gave them a birth date of June 13, 1990 twice, but police were unable to obtain records for Shipman using that date of birth. Police checked Shipman's information using a database to access a prior incident and determined his date of birth to be July 13, 1990, police said. Shipman told police that was the date of birth he provided both times, but police showed Shipman where they. Source: thedailyreview.com
