- Engine cooling system must be serviced before installing rebuilt cylinder head.
- If engine overheats due to faulty cooling system it will void warranty.
- If engine runs with low oil pressure it will ruin the cams and void warranty.
- Professional installation is highly recommended.
- If engine burns oil or emits smoke after installing cylinder head it is a clear sign that the piston rings are worn, worn piston rings will not seal properly and cannot handle the higher compression of the rebuilt cylinder head allowing excessive oil into the combustion chamber causing the engine to emit smoke, please make sure your engine is properly evaluated to ensure the lower block is fit for a rebuilt cylinder head.
