Hubbard man arrested after crashing car at golf course - Pamplin Media Group

Police arrested a Hubbard man last week for allegedly eluding police, crashing a vehicle and fleeing the scene on foot. At 11:11 p. m. July 24, police attempted to stop Brandon Emil Barker, 18, of Hubbard, who was driving a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse, for speeding. Police report that Barker crashed his car on the 10th green at the Oregon Golf Association Golf Course in Woodburn, causing extensive damage. Barker fled the scene on foot, but police were able to contact his passenger, Mario Marquez-Cervantes, 18, also of Hubbard, who was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana because of his age.
