AMSTERDAM, NY (NEWS 10) – Police are asking the public’s help in locating two registered sex offenders that have recently moved. Norberto Marcucci, 48, is described as a Hispanic man with dark complexion, 5’10” and 140 lbs. Marcucci has black hair, brown eyes and wears glasses. He has grey, balding hair and hazel eyes, and glasses. They may be operating Nizet’s 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse, 2 door sedan, color orange with NY Registration GWA5366. Source: news10.com
