Oregon State Police detectives on Friday arrested two teen drivers who were reportedly racing before one of their cars hit and killed a 45-year-old man walking along a Lane County road earlier this week. The fatal crash occurred near Pleasant Hill about 1:30 p. m. Tuesday as two 17-year-old Springfield boys raced a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro and a 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT, police said. Witnesses said the boys were speed racing along Mathews Road when they lost control of their. The Camaro struck and killed Roland E.
