The driver of the car, Burnett Edward Fleetwood IV, of Glen Burnie, lost control of the vehicle. Joshua Lee La' Rose, 18, of Glen Burnie, was riding as a passenger in the Mitsubishi. Fleetwood, and the driver of the van, identified as Sharon Lynn Locklear, 56, of Glen Burnie, were also taken to the shock trauma center with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
