Pedestrian succumbs to injuries - Shreveport Times
Pamela Rivers Roark, 58, of Shreveport died Tuesday night at University Health after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday evening in the 8600 block of Youree Drive, said SPD spokesperson Marcus Hines. Roark was struck by a 2012 Nissan Maxima driven by 32 year old Karly Harper, said Hines. Harper was reportedly traveling south in the 8600 block of Youree Drive when the car she was driving struck Roark, who, according to witnesses, appeared to wander out into southbound traffic.
