Isaiah Willoughby, 28, of 22 Nash Place, was charged with second-degree larceny, evading responsibility and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny. According to a police report, a woman reported that her 2007 Nissan Altima had been stolen from her Donna Drive home on March 9. Police spoke with the victim, who said her car had been stolen sometime that evening between 7:30 and 10:30 p. m. and...
