Police: 4-Car Crash Caused By Inattentive Driving - Idaho Mountain Express and Guide

Numerous emergency crews responded to a four-vehicle accident at approximately 3:40 p. m. Monday afternoon on state Highway 75 just north of Deer Creek Road, near Hailey. Each vehicle had only one person inside and no one was seriously injured, police reported. Nathan Seamons, 21, of Hailey, was driving a maroon 2002 Ford 350 pickup truck southbound when he failed to see that traffic had stopped in front of him, police said. He collided with a blue 1993 Nissan Pathfinder driven by 18-year-old Brigette Thomas, of Hailey. The collision started a chain reaction, causing Thomas’ car to collide with a gray 2005 Toyota Camry driven by 29-year-old Lizabeth Carrasco-Ramirez, of Hailey, and then into a gray 2002 Mercury sedan (repairable) driven by 20-year-old Logan... Ramirez was transported to St. Luke’s hospital for neck and back pain and Thomas was transported to St. Luke’s by private vehicle, police said. Source: www.mtexpress.com
