This is a used clockspring from a 1998 Nissan Quest. This item will make the steering wheel quiet, let the horn and your cruise control work when proper installed.
Be sure to disconnect the battery before working on it.
You will need a special tork bit.
The 1995 Nissan Quest uses a different connector. The clockspring is the same.
