All our units undergo the following processes:
- Completely disassembled and washed. All components (excluding frictions, bearings, and electronics) are broken down and undergo both solvent manual washing and automated aqueous washing.
- New valve body.
- Valve in the pump tested for excessive wear using vacuum measuring test stand. They are oversized when excessive wear detected.
- Electrical components are tested and replaced if any abnormalities are detected.
- All bearings are inspected, replaced as needed.
- The oil pan is sandblasted and powder coated.
- The belt is replaced if there are any signs of wear (belt is not serviceable)
- Pulleys are inspected, and if the hardened layer is intact, they undergo a reconditioning process. Otherwise, the pulleys are replaced.
- The torque converter is rebuilt by an industry leading company.
- All rubber o-rings, teflon rings, metal clad seals, and gaskets are completely replaced.
