Traffic is getting worse and worse because this guy has no clue on what to do or simply incompetent like his boss Aquino. Why don’t you imitate traffic discipline in Japan. There are abusive car owners, motorcycle riders, jeepney drivers , bus drivers-Unruly -Behaviori and Undiscipline are deeply rooted besides the SERIOUS OVEREXPLOSION OF VEHICLES. You can’t find anthing yet that would disperse cars in our major roads because there’s NO INDIVIDUAL ROAD DISCIPLINE. I myself ran into swarms of fast speeding motorcycles that drive down the pedestrian pavements and walkways–I’ve seen them bumped passersby crossing the street after they alight from public vehicles and I saw dead pedestrians. The big vehicles are giving way to cyclist and for them people walking are respected or allowed to cross even without automatic Traffic signals. All hot-tempered and ill-mannered drivers are sent to Anger management centers or they are fined and penalized when they disobey traffic authorities–offense puts them with a ticket or their license is revoked. Francis Tolentino is showing very professional manners that all the time he talks like a gentleman to a fault because BASHERS look naughty with mischiefs on their mind cuz Tolentino has mild composure NOT ONE BONE FOR ILL-CONDUCT.
