They certainly made their intentions clear, though, when they designed their brutally handsome GT S , giving it the same letters, with an only slightly delineating soft space in between, as one of the 911s they seek to target, and, rather more... Unveiling the car at the LA motor show back in 2014, Benz basically stood back and said “Ha. Look, we can make a 911 too” -- only sexier, shoutier and slightly quicker.
