Ultimats feature a premium, continuous filament two-ply nylon yarn in a 32 ounce per yard construction. Twice the weight and density of mats, Ultimats dense construction and 5/16″ pile height provide impressive long wear and true comfort. Lloyd’s custom computer designed patterns are designed to provide greater coverage and protection than factory mats and a consistently precise fit from computer controlled cutting. The applique process is done on high speed machines that allow for the precise duplication of complex and detailed designs. Then the applique is heat bonded and recessed into the mat material with specially designed heat presses. The recessing feature of Lloyd's embroidered appliques improves the durability and the finished appearance of the entire mat. The durability is enhanced by a unique multi-layer backing providing stiffness, moisture resistance and anti-skid characteristics. Ultimats come standard with durable color coordinated nylon velour binding (edging). Optional vinyl binding is also available if you want a different edge color ($15.00 extra). The mats are equipped with anchors, or Lloyd’s proprietary anchoring device to keep mats safely in place. The Ultimat brand is still the top selling, custom fit logo mat in the automotive aftermarket. They come with a 5-year warranty against defects in design, workmanship and materials.
