Crossing the auction block at the 2015 Silverstone Classic auction later this month is arguably the most desirable variant of the Porsche 964 911 ever created. This particular RS is rarer still than a standard 3. 6 RS, as this one left Stuttgart in rare N/GT “Clubsport” specification. If celebrity ownership is more your speed, a 1976 Porsche 911 930 Turbo bought new by Steve McQueen is crossing the Mecum auction block later this summer. This 930 is purported to be the final special-order Porsche 911 purchased by McQueen , with unique features including larger and wider wheels, and a special dash-mounted switch that turns off the rear lights, in case he was chased on Mulholland...
