Scion tC. Located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh (Baldwin Borough). This car has had only one driver. To the best of my recollection it has never carried kids or pets (I have another vehicle for that), there has never been fast food eaten in it and it has never been smoked in. A couple of shopping cart scuffs that I had touched up by a professional. They're undetectable. I have the car detailed about once a year (and it's due for another one). 
The car has a clean title. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, fees and other requirements involved in the purchase and title transfer of a Pennsylvania car. If the car is picked up in person the PA title transfer process is as follows: 

• The buyer and seller will go together to a DMV title office to fill out the back of the title.
• The buyer will submit the title, an application, ID, and proof of insurance.
• The buyer will pay the applicable title transfer fees, sales tax, and registration fees.

If the buyer lives out-of-state and wishes to have the car shipped, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, fees and other requirements involved in the purchase and title transfer of a Pennsylvania car when the buyer is absent, plus shipping.
I will work with a buyer who does not pick the car up in person to do whatever is necessary to complete the transaction.  For further questions and clarifications it might be helpful to check with the Pennsylvania DMV at www.dmv.pa.gov.
