I upgraded my rear door speakers and no longer need these. They are in good conditionwith no damage and normal wear. Does not include any screws. There is some glue residue and some speaker gasket tape left on them that may need to be removed for a secure fit. I have also included some new gasket tape I had left over thats more than enough to cover whats needed. This is an original Toyota part that was made to fit the 5.25 inch speakers. As far as I am aware it will fit all models of 4Runner years 96-02.
