This is a rebuild service for your High Voltage (HV) or hybrid Prius battery that will bring your battery to life.
You send us your old/bad/broken/damaged battery and we will fix it!
HOW DO WE FIX IT?
1-By replacing bad modules
2-Re-balancing the good modules with 3-to-8 cycles using a computerized charger.
3-Replacing or refurbishing the bus bar,
4-Re-torque all modules terminal bolts
5-At the end of the re-balance process we replace any modules that need to be replaced because of low capacity.
6-We put our own anti-corrosive formula on the Bus bar to protect it from corrosion (a corroded bus bar is the reason of failures in more than 60% of HV batteries).
