These pads are new old stock. They were purchased from an auto parts store that was going out of business and they have only sat on a shelf their entire life. They come unused, in the original box. Box is not in the greatest shape but it is intact, and pads may have some dust/dirt and in some cases some small surface rust spots that can be removed easily and do not affect the performance of the pads. These are NEW OLD STOCK.
