New VNT Turbo Cartridge and Intake Housing for VNT 15 Turbocharger. The is the turbo for the 99-05 Jetta and Golf and 98-05 New Beetle TDI. As you can see, the cast iron exhaust manifold / turbo housing is not included. The variable nozzles are also not included. The new cartridge and intake housing will bolt onto your existing exhaust manifold and variable nozzles. I have replacement variable nozzles, if you need them. 99% of the time, your variable nozzles are fine. If your turbo has failed, this is what you need to fix your problem. Common problems with these turbos are excessive oil consumption and seizing.
I have sold over 1000 of these cartridges and intake housings with great success. Beware of the cartridges without the intake housing for sale on ebay. You need the intake housing, because there are 2 different cartridges for the ALH turbos. 2 Year warranty on this turbo cartridge.

Pic4 shows the new parts installed on the old cast iron exhaust section of the turbo.
