Fuel Pumps USA has spent countless hours doing R&D on Walbro fuel pumps on rented and local clients vehicles and have managed to fit Walbro's 255LPH high pressure fuel pump in 100's of vehicle applications beyond the original Walbro application list. Our research first step was choosing between a GSS340, GSS341, or GSS342 (see image below for differences) for the vehicle and then mixing and matching or developing a custom installation kit (fuel pump filter, wire harness, clamps, hose, etc.) to be a direct install for the application.
Brand New 100% Authentic Walbro 255 LPH High Pressure Fuel Pumps have been the most highly recommended aftermarket fuel pump for years. Pushing a whopping 255 liters of fuel per hour at high pressure, these pumps are extremely popular upgrades to vehicles with engine and performance modifications, supporting up to 650 horse power. For example, at 80 PSI the standard 255LPH pump will flow around 132 liters (35 gallons) per hour. At that same 80 PSI the equivalent HP (high pressure) fuel pump will flow over 210 liters (50 gallons) per hour. This fuel pump can also be used as an affordable OEM replacement on a non performance vehicle because unused fuel gets sent back to your fuel tank by the fuel pressure regulator via the fuel return line. It is very important that you send a lot more fuel than necessary towards your engine as the flow of the returned fuel helps cool down engine components and your gas tank.
