OEM Chrome Roof Rack
Taken from a 1976 Volvo 240 wagon.
You are buying a used item that has normal wear and tear but is in very nice usable condition.
Some pitting and some rust and discoloration but overall very nice.
The rubber padding on the bottom of the cross straps will need to be refurbished.
Has been in the garage for the past 9 years waiting for a new car.
Vintage OEM racks are very hard to find. Ships disassembled.
If your wagon does not already have the 1/2" pre-drilled mounting holes you might consider another mounting option.
The side screws will need to be loosened before installation on each side in order to later tighten the rack once mounted.
Included all original installation screws and rubber foot gaskets. The rubber gaskets should probably be replaced.
The rack will be broken down into individual parts and shipped unassembled in a long box. You will need to put it back together at your end.
The pieces will be marked as to where each fits for easy reassembly.
