This is a NEW item, in Volvo Box, Automatic Transmission Companion Flange, Volvo # 1233406, for 240 & 260 models, I had found two sources for years one list as starting in 1986 the other in 1985 both listed as good thru 1993. I now find that that was incorrect and "local Volvo dealer says that this fits 240 and 260 models from 1975-1978". Also Volvo Parts Warehouse lists this as correct for 1985-1987 240 and 260 models.
