Crash on I -220 sends four people to the hospital - KTAL

Tuesday morning Caddo deputies were dispatched to a major motor vehicle crash with injuries on I-220 West, involving three vehicles. For unknown reasons, the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Impala, 21-year-old Brianna Cutley, was traveling East on I-220, just West of Lakeshore Drive, when she lost control and crossed the median into oncoming westbound traffic. The Impala was then struck by a 2006 Toyota Tundra occupied by driver Charles Washington, 67, of Shreveport and passenger Daniel Washington, 66, of Shreveport. During the impact, Cutley was ejected from her vehicle and suffered life threatening injuries and transported to University Health by Shreveport Fire Department. Both people in the Toyota Tundra were transported to Willis-Knighton Pierremont. Marcus Hines a woman driving a white Chevy Impala was traveling eastbound when it crossed the median and collided head on with a Toyota pick-up truck. The driver of the Chevy Impala was ejected from the car and transported to University Health with life-threatening injuries. Officials say a white van was also involved in the crash and one man from that vehicle was transported to a local hospital with injuries. Major accident involving three vehicles at I-220 West and S.
