The base V-6's departure leaves the 4. 6-liter V-8 with 310 hp and 327 lb-ft of torque and more powerful 5. 7-liter V-8 with 381 hp and 401 lb-ft as the only engine options for the Tundra. Both engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, and rear-wheel drive is standard, with four-wheel available for either engine.
