DUI -- A suspicious vehicle parked on Blake Street at the BART path was being investigated by an officer at 9:50 a. m. when the owner arrived. "While the officer was speaking to the owner of the vehicle he noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the owner. The officer advised the owner to not drive his vehicle. DOMESTIC BATTERY -- A man was reported punching a woman who had a child in a baby stroller at 10 p. m. at 11101 San Pablo Ave. " A man, 48, was located on South 58th Street at Bayview Avenue and arrested when he "was positively identified as the responsible (party) by a witness. 14 VEHICLE THEFT -- A 2007 Toyota Tundra was stolen overnight in the 3000 block of Yolo Avenue. WARRANT -- A 36-year-old Oakland woman and a 44-year-old Oakland man were arrested on warrants at 8:40 a. m. at 11450 San Pablo Ave. WARRANT -- Officers investigating a report of a subject entering the rear shed of an abandoned property in the 1700 block of Elm Street found and arrested a transient man, 30, who also had a warrant. WARRANT -- A Concord woman, 21, was arrested on warrants during a noon traffic stop on San Pablo Avenue at Moeser Lane. DISPUTE -- Officers responding to a tenant-landlord dispute reported at 8 p. m. in the 200 block of Seaview Drive accepted the citizen's arrest of an Albany man, 55, "after he entered his tenant's room two days after initiating the eviction...
