SANTA CRUZ >> A 58-year-old Soquel man was arrested Sunday afternoon after he took photos of a 15-year-old girl at Capitola Main Beach, police said. About 4:35 p. m. , a witness reported a man who took photos of a girl on the beach, said Capitola police Sgt. He posted $20,000 bail and was not in Santa Cruz County Jail on Tuesday, according to jail records. Separately on July 13, a man at Santa Cruz Main Beach also was accused of taking pictures of a naked 7-year-old girl in a public shower.
