RECKLESS DRIVING AND ACCIDENT, 12:59 p. m. June 28. Police responded to Klinesville Road, in the area of the Cervenka Farm, for a motor vehicle accident involving three vehicles. The tow truck was transporting a 2005 Honda CR-V on the flat bed, police said. As Mann was driving south, the passenger side tires of the tow truck went off of the side of the road to the right. At the same time, Charles Bianchino, 46, of Flemington, was driving north in the same area in a 2013 Toyota Tacoma pickup. When the tow truck crossed the double yellow line, it struck Bianchino’s vehicle on the front left side, police said. The vehicle in tow flew off of the tow truck and landed in a field along the roadway. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE, 11:48 a. m. June 26. Police charged Paul Henry Rivera, 26, of Garrison, New York, with driving under the influence of a chemical inhalant, inhaling fumes of toxic chemicals, reckless driving and failure to maintain...
