Motorcyclist Dies Following Collision With Pickup Truck - Patch.com
The motorcycle was approaching the Tacoma from behind when the driver of the truck ”attempted to pull into a private drive too fast and lost control of his vehicle,” said spokesperson Tracey Watson. The Tacoma traveled back into the road and pulled into the motorcycle’s lane of travel. The motorcycle, operated by Billy Joe Dover, 49, of Aragon, hit the back of the truck with the front of the vehicle and was fatally injured, Watson said. The passenger of the motorcycle, 43-year-old Angela Kay Dover of Rome, sustained minor injuries and the driver of the Tacoma, a 16-year-old juvenile, was not injured. Source: patch.com
