Police identified the second person killed in a head-on crash Wednesday on State Route 14 near Washougal as 25-year-old Justin A. Clayton of Portland. Washington State Patrol officials said Clayton was a rear seat passenger in a 2015 Kia Soul driven 25-year-old Jesikah Clausen of Portland. The Kia was traveling east on the highway when a 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup traveling west crossed the center line and struck the Kia head-on. Police said westbound traffic ahead of a pickup driven by 91-year-old Robert O. Snider of Vancouver had stopped to wait for a hay truck to turn left onto a side road. Another back seat passenger in the Kia, 29-year-old Anna Wichman of Portland, was also pronounced dead at the scene of the noon crash. Snider, Clausen and a front-seat passenger in the Kia, 32-year-old Sean Knudeson of Portland, were all taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver for treatment injuries described as not life-threatening, police said. Four people, including a 9-year-old boy, died in a crash on the highway near North Bonneville in Skamania County on Saturday. Source: www.oregonlive.com
