Day, 53, was southbound in the right lane of Interstate 35 near Rush Lake Trail about 8 p. m. when her car veered sharply to the left into a grassy median and rolled, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Day was partially ejected from her 1995 Toyota Tacoma, the State Patrol said. It is unknown if she was wearing her seatbelt or if alcohol was involved, according to the State Patrol report.
