Father, son injured in motorcycle accident in Macon - 13WMAZ
Two men, a father and son, are in the hospital after they were involved in a motorcycle accident Friday around 8:45 a. m. in the 3000 block of Broadway Street in Macon. According to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, 57-year-old William Hollingsworth, Sr. , of Macon, was reportedly driving a 1988 Kawasaki motorcycle north on Broadway in the right northbound lane. Jeremy Binkley, 58, of Macon, was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado Pickup, traveling south in the left southbound lane of Broadway. Binkley was making a left turn into a business on Broadway, and as his truck crossed into northbound lanes, the motorcycle struck the passenger side of the truck.
