Well Lincoln ’s Navigator SUV solves that problem as it can carry up to eight people (properly configured) in comfort with 103 cubic feet of cargo space all the while capable of towing up to 9,000 pounds. Based on Ford’s F150 truck chassis, Navigator also uses its famed EcoBoost 3. 5-liter turbocharged V6 that produces 380-hp and a hefty 460 lb/ft of torque. This engine replaces the former 5. 4L, V8 that had 70 less horsepower and 95 lb/ft less torque. Navigator is offered in 2WD and 4WD but here in the Snowbelt, 4WD is mandatory. Navigators’ interior is spacious and nicely decorated with perforated leather seating and MyLincoln Touch infotainment system that includes touchscreen operation on an 8-inch display.
