Habitat For Humanity lands $1 million grant from Nissan - Atlanta Business Chronicle
Nissan North America gave a $1 million grant to Habitat For Humanity to build homes and support Habitat’s disaster response efforts. Nissan reported a portion of its contribution will be used to double Atlanta-based Habitat For Humanity’s Mobile Response Unit fleet to 10 units, which will help its recovery efforts following natural disasters. Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County in New Jersey Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville in Nashville, Tenn. Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity in Dallas, Texas Nissan will also donate five Nissan NV commercial vehicles or Nissan Frontier trucks to Habitat affiliates that make commitments to sustainable construction practices.
