This cure is for the OEM Jeep Y link steering and is designed around the OEM Jeep tie rod end. Use on any other steering kit is at your discretion. For GM 1 ton steering linkage see part number R1768
Very similar to our product "The Cure" but specifically made to work with a factory Jeep steering set up in the Y-link or inverted T style steering position, using the stock tie rods. If running aftermarket GM 1 ton steering please see our other cure.

The Cure gives a self lubricated, fixed yet slightly flexible surface for the tie rod to rest against. The drag link does not flop forward or backward whatsoever yet in common usage it is allowed to roll which causes the steering wheel dead spot and allows for the tie rod roll. Also fits multiple 1/2 Ton solid axle trucks (Ford, Chevy and Dodge).

Not for use on tie rod ends at the knuckle or pitman arm. Fits most factory linkage of the below models, some shaving of cure may be required to get a snug fit without breaking the cure.
